Bot Commands

"/start" - starts the bot and displays the welcome message

"/accounts" - displays the list of currently registered accounts

"/transfer" - allows you you transfer funds between your accounts

"/deploy" - allows you to deploy tokens

"/functions" - allows you to manage contracts' functions

"/exit" - exits the current scene

"/cancel" - same as "/exit"
